"I'm no angel but . . ."

So I totally went the other direction with this but I couldn't help it.  This famous quote by the infamously naughty, Mae West was the first thing that came to mind:

"I'm no angel but I have spread my wings a bit."
What a stinker she was. Love it!!!

This "skinny" was created for the all-new Take a Word challenge blog.  Don't know about it yet?
Check it out!

Who but you would think of doing a non-angel for the challenge! Thanks for giving me a smile this morning!

Oh how delicious! Mae was famous for her one-liners often with outrageous double-meanings considered scandalous in her day. Amber, your artpiece and quote are wonderful. It is so good to see you and your work here - and thankyou very much for link to my new challenge. Fantastic.

Amber, your blog is so fun and lovely to visit! You have such a fresh style about your work. You break the rules in ways that make sense and work and make the rest of us think, "why didn't I think of that?" I especially love the Sea of Uncertainty piece below, but everything is just beautiful. In whatever ways you are stretching into uncertainty, I'm sure you'll be brilliant at whatever comes your way. Uncertainty is sometimes the most delicious part of the journey and we don't all get enough chances to enjoy that part of the adventure. I don't get to visit often so if I'm not back before, I wish you the Happiest of Thanksgivings!
